Generating Ideas

Week 3 - Preparation for class 2

I've been looking at the various websites i've gathered and decided to play around a bit with lay out ideas. There's a lots of ways I could place my text and images but I want to do it in a way thats clean and not cluttered, as news websites at the moment are very text heavy, especially stuff.co.nz.

I could have a main story at the top that changes to another one every few seconds.

On the home page I want the headings, 'top stories' 'new stories' and 'old stories' and i want to keep everything looking consistent throughout the website.

I want to play with hierarchy and colour in a way that works well and makes everything easy to navigate
